1. Our in-house architect will design your property plans, manage the planning permission process with the local authority and draught building regulations drawings.

2. Our team will liaise with local structural engineers and building regulations compliance officers.

3. The in-house estimation team will provide a detailed and comprehensive quote. Your build project will be scheduled by our Contracts Manager at the earliest opportunity.

This option provides the most seamless property design and build service possible. By working with a builder and architect simultaneously efficiencies in time and budget can be realised.

Build

Building is our day job but we understand that undertaking a construction project can feel overwhelming.  We provide the same service levels and premium finish whether you are undertaking a garage conversion or total refurbishment and extensions.

We are seasoned at working with clients’ architects and building regulations plans. Our in house estimation team will provide a comprehensive and detailed quote.  

Every client is assigned an experienced Project Manager, in addition each highly skilled site team is led by a Site Supervisor.

And it doesn’t end there, we also offer a post build one year snagging service. You can be assured of our professional approach.
